Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as an Occupational Safety Technician on our Environment, Health, and Safety team in **Hortolândia, Brazil**. **What You’ll Accomplish** As an EHS specialist, you will be responsible for implementing safety programs at our manufacturing site. Your focus will be on identifying risks and corrective actions to continuously improve EHS programs for our employees. You will work closely with other members of the EHS team and support the manufacturing operations team. **You Will:** * Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments, such as safety rounds, to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Implement and monitor EHS protocols, policies, and procedures in partnership with the Environment, Health, and Safety team, tailored to the organization’s needs. * Manage EHS programs at designated locations, covering emergency preparedness, contractor safety, environment, ergonomics, and operational safety. * Develop and coordinate EHS training, as well as lead local teams such as emergency response teams, promoting safety awareness and culture. * Investigate incidents with root cause analysis, facilitating corrective action plans to prevent recurrence, and actively contribute to EHS teams focused on organizational goals. **Take the First Step Toward Your Dream Career** Every member of the Dell Technologies team brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for in this role: **Essential Requirements** * Technical degree in Occupational Safety. * Comprehensive knowledge of theories, principles, concepts, and practices in Environment, Health, and Safety, along with basic knowledge of related functional areas. * Advanced presentation and communication skills with minimal supervision. * Ability to participate in corporate EHS projects or cross-functional teams to address operational issues with regional and/or global relevance. **Desirable Requirements** * Strong communication skills. * Proficiency in word processing, presentation, reporting, and spreadsheet applications.
