Commitment to adherence to schedules and routes Bus driver responsibilities include: * Inspecting the vehicle to be operated * Verifying the route itinerary * Operating the vehicle in compliance with regulations set by the National Traffic Council, Municipal Transportation Secretariat, and company internal policies * Identifying malfunctions and maintaining vehicle condition * Treating passengers with courtesy and respect * Adhering to scheduled departure/arrival times, travel duration, and journey stages as specified in the stage schedule * Stopping at designated passenger boarding/alighting points * Managing passenger boarding and alighting, and providing guidance regarding fares, routes, boarding/alighting points, and in-vehicle procedures * Implementing procedures to ensure passenger safety and comfort * Undergoing periodic qualification renewal for bus operation **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed elementary or high school education (mandatory) Flexible availability of working hours Proven experience in charter transportation Residence in Hortolândia or surrounding area Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$3.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Basic food basket * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
