




* Daily assistance in preparing food to be sold in the area, performing simple support tasks as instructed by the Chef, Nutritionist, and Supervisor: washing and sanitizing vegetables, peeling vegetables, etc. Ensures quality and efficiency of the process to satisfy customers. Uses kitchen-specific utensils and equipment, such as cutlery, pots, oven, stove, etc. Monitors the condition of products displayed to the public in their area, checking expiration dates, packaging appearance, correct pricing, etc., aiming for good customer service and satisfaction. Guides removal of products for disposal or correction of issues; * Remains attentive and replenishes or restocks food in the serving stations (rice, beans, salad, etc.) to make them available for self-service at the table; * Cleans the premises, dishes, cutlery, pots, tables, counters, serving stations, and machinery (stove, oven, and others) using appropriate materials (e.g., detergents, soap) and specific tools (brooms, sponges, brushes, etc.), including garbage removal and floor washing. Observes safety aspects when handling utensils and equipment. * Monitors food and material consumption and requests replenishment whenever necessary. Manages organization of the product and cleaning supply storage area. * Correct use of PPE for the role. * Provides customer service and performs other related and inherent professional activities as directed and/or requested by the immediate supervisor. * Works in compliance with technical standards and procedures, quality, safety, and hygiene.
