Job Summary: Manages teams and industrial maintenance projects, focusing on task distribution, demand mapping, technical supervision, and people management. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and industrial maintenance project management. 2. Experience in installation and maintenance of industrial equipment. 3. Customer interface and support in budget preparation. **Responsibilities:** * Distribution of tasks and team priorities; * Demand mapping and product recommendations; * Technical supervision and project alignment; * Technical assistance and equipment inspection; * Inventory control of materials and spare parts; * Reporting of interventions, assemblies, and replacements; * Interface with Finance and customers; * People management: hiring, performance evaluation, and promotions; * Support in annual budget preparation. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in Maintenance, Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields; * Practical experience: industrial equipment maintenance and installation, and team leadership; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * General knowledge: industrial maintenance, mechanics, and welding; * Driver's license category B; * Willingness to travel. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
