Come be part of this community! **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Monitoring topographic surveys conducted by third-party teams; * Supervising and inspecting the implementation of tailings stacking and earthwork projects under the supervision of a civil engineer; * Planning execution, monitoring, and inspecting material supply for construction; * Training labor personnel and conducting technological control of materials and soil; * Preparing daily progress reports on construction; * Monitoring planimetric-altimetric surveys for topographic drawing preparation; developing calculation spreadsheets; * Setting out construction sites, verifying elevations and measurements, listing machinery, equipment, and tools; * Monitoring construction schedules and optimizing site layout; * Developing projects under supervision; * Collecting field data; * Interpreting project documentation; * Preparing drawings in accordance with technical standards, specifications, and architectural projects; * Developing reinforced concrete structural designs and as-built project documentation; * Reviewing project documentation; * Selecting documents required for construction legalization; * Monitoring construction deadlines; * Organizing technical archives; * Planning civil construction execution activities: * Preparing action plans; * Participating in defining construction methods and techniques; * Monitoring service outcomes. * Supervising and inspecting construction execution; * Inspecting material and service quality; * Controlling material stock and storage, following manufacturers’ instructions and optimizing material usage; * Adhering to predefined schedules; * Verifying execution and quality of services; * Conducting measurements, allocating machinery, equipment, and labor; * Maintaining daily construction logs, resolving execution issues, ensuring site organization, safety, and cleanliness, and standardizing procedures; * Performing maintenance and conservation of constructions, and conducting technological control of materials and soils; * Applying technical standards, operating laboratory and surveying equipment, and performing surveying services; * Coordinating sampling and testing teams; * Specifying and quantifying materials used in tests; * Preparing and analyzing technical reports; * Managing inventory of test materials; * Conducting technical visits for diagnostics; * Assessing responsibility and proposing alternative solutions; * Estimating service costs, arranging repairs, and supervising execution; * Performing other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Education: Technical degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is desirable; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting project documentation is desirable; * Experience in earthwork projects is desirable; * Driver’s License: Category B; * Familiarity with or experience in ISO 14001: Environmental Management System (EMS) is desirable.
