Senior Software Quality Engineer (QA Engineer)

Job Summary: Responsible for providing technical leadership to the QA team, designing test strategies, automation frameworks, and quality processes, while acting as a mentor and facilitator. Profile Must demonstrate technical leadership through expertise and credibility, serving as a mentor and facilitator in cross-functional communication. Requires a systemic vision to connect technical decisions with business objectives, propose improvements, and structure processes—without losing attention to detail. Expected to be proactive, collaborative, open to feedback, and continuously improvement-oriented, balancing pragmatism and quality. Must avoid authoritarian attitudes, knowledge centralization, excessive perfectionism, and narrow focus solely on technical aspects.
