Supporting building infrastructure maintenance routines **Building Maintenance Technician** Obrapar, an engineering and labor services company, is currently seeking a **Building Maintenance Technician with focus on metalworking**. **Location:** HIDROLANDIA **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from **07:30 to 17:30** **Salary:** R$ **2.917,30** \+ **benefits** ### **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems (plumbing, electrical, masonry, and painting); * Carry out minor repairs on electrical and plumbing installations; * Support building infrastructure maintenance routines; * Comply with quality and safety standards established by the company and the client. ### **Requirements:** * Proven experience in building maintenance; * Knowledge of plumbing and minor renovations; * Completed high school education (technical training is considered a plus); * Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a professional attitude.
