




Job Summary: Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation, organize the workstation, ensure food quality and safety, and participate in menu planning. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to work in shifts and manage tasks Assist in assigned food pre\-preparation and preparation under the guidance of the immediate supervisor, aiming to fulfill production process stages. Participate in menu planning meetings with the responsible Nutritionist. 1\. Pre\-prepare and prepare dishes and/or meats and/or salads and/or special diets; 2\. Organize the workstation with all necessary ingredients and kitchen equipment; 3\. Assemble and restock food items; 4\. Ensure final product presentation; 5\. Conduct product tasting and approval (when responsible for the shift); 6\. Ensure food restocking at the distribution counter; 7\. Collect and identify food samples; 8\. Clean utensils, equipment, and areas; 9\. Ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards, as well as occupational safety standards, during task execution, per the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual; 10\. Perform related tasks; 11\.
