**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Identify risks and develop action plans.
* Monitor the movement of various cargo loads.
* Monitor non-conformities along routes (shipment inconsistencies,
* violations, damages, etc.).
* Audit operational processes.
* Align and monitor shipment search procedures.
* Advise franchises on resolving various non-conformities.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Experience in: preventive approaches, reception/security, and/or volume handling;
