Cross-functional collaboration and implementation of new technologies We are hiring a **Senior Process Engineering Analyst** to join our engineering team. **Main Responsibilities:** Mapping and documentation of production processes, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Analyzing production, quality, and efficiency data to generate reports for technical support and decision-making. Executing continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing), developing and reviewing work instructions to standardize activities. Monitoring performance indicators, supporting goal setting and action planning. Participating in the implementation of new technologies and processes, conducting tests and validations. Collaborating with departments including production, quality, maintenance, laboratory, and logistics, as well as updating layouts and flowcharts. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Totvs and AutoCAD * Bachelor's degree in Production or Mechanical Engineering.
