**Are you ready to join a team shaping a more sustainable future?** At **CLAM**, we are driven by a clear purpose: **to promote balance between development and preservation, generating value for businesses, people, and the planet.** For nearly 30 years, we have delivered intelligent environmental solutions that contribute to a more sustainable world—through innovation, ethics, and real impact. **We are looking for professionals who share our vision and are ready to make a difference.** **Location:** Belo Horizonte, MG **Work Format:** On-site **Challenges you’ll face daily:** Work on full-stack development, contributing to both front-end and back-end, transforming requirements into efficient digital solutions; Understand customer pain points and propose solutions through code, applying critical thinking and focusing on user experience; Maintain and enhance existing systems, while also participating in new projects and innovation initiatives; Automate corporate processes, improving workflows previously slow or inefficient; Develop dashboards, maps, and websites, ensuring interfaces are intuitive and functional; Create and consume APIs for system integration and data optimization; Work with data analysis and search optimization in databases, including Elastic Search; And other activities related to this role. **What we expect from you:** Experience in full-stack development, with knowledge of languages such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and modern frameworks; Even initial experience in creating and consuming APIs; Interest in working on process automation and digital transformation projects; Curiosity and critical thinking to identify problems and propose solutions; Basic understanding of database and search optimization, with attention to performance. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** Experience with JavaScript; Knowledge of BPM systems (process automation); Experience with Elastic Search or other search and data optimization tools; Ability to think about end-user experience and propose interface improvements.
