We seek responsible, attentive professionals with good demeanor to ensure secure entry and exit of residents, visitors, and service providers. **Main Responsibilities:** Access control for people and vehicles; Registering visitors in the system; Camera surveillance (CCTV); Intercom assistance and resident support; Delivery and registration of packages and correspondence; Filling out incident reports; Compliance with internal condominium procedures. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Previous experience as an access controller or doorman; Good communication skills, attentiveness, and professional demeanor; Basic computer knowledge; Flexible availability. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Meal voucher; * Transportation voucher; * Attendance bonus.
