




**Description** **The Opportunity** Perform routine inspection and maintenance activities on products and systems, as well as execute routine maintenance services in accordance with defined workflows, adhering to company procedures, processes, and guidelines, quality, health, occupational safety, and environmental requirements, while safeguarding the company’s image, ensuring delivery of contracted services, and achieving customer satisfaction. **How You Will Make an Impact** 1. Conduct inspections of systems, equipment, and products, applying knowledge of operational routines and verifying compliance with Technical, Safety, and Administrative Procedures. 2. Identify equipment failures and request corrective actions, support resolution of equipment faults, and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence of the issue. 3. Perform medium-complexity preventive and corrective maintenance, including disassembly, technical analysis and evaluation of systems and components, followed by repairs, refurbishments, reassembly, synchronization, calibration, and other relevant tasks within your area of responsibility—based on inspections and service requests—while maintaining strong customer relationships and understanding their needs. 4. Operate equipment and tools used across various maintenance levels, and ensure that materials, tools, spare parts, and other items required for service execution are available and properly organized. 5. Conduct field tests in compliance with project technical requirements, schedule, and planning, issuing reports and all related documentation. 6. Prepare service execution documentation, reporting specifications and quantities of materials used (replaced parts, labor hours, and other relevant information), in accordance with procedures, and make such documentation available to business units. 7. Ensure compliance with applicable internal and external standards, procedures, and guidelines. **Requirements** Technical education in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics is required. Experience reading and interpreting mechanical technical drawings, electrical and electronic diagrams, and preparing technical reports is required. Experience with operational routines in substations is also required. Knowledge of operational, maintenance, and inspection standards for distribution lines is desirable. Intermediate English proficiency is desirable. Experience with safety standards and procedures for electrical energy and power systems is required.
