We are looking for a Monitoring Assistant to join our team. This is a key role in ensuring the safety and smooth operation of our activities. The right candidate will be responsible for assisting in the entire risk management process; Monitoring whether there are shipments carrying goods exceeding our policy limits or violating regulations; Gathering and archiving documents related to incident control; Opening and following up insurance claims with the insurer; Supporting our risk management team in problem resolution as well as monitoring specific shipments; Updating the PGR; Experience in system or process monitoring is a plus, but not mandatory. We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset, capable of working in a high-pressure environment and with strong work ethics.
