Job Summary: Senior HR/T&D Analyst to organize logistics for training programs, support development initiatives, and manage administrative and budgetary processes. Key Highlights: 1. Logistics management for in-person and online training programs 2. Support for development and performance evaluation programs 3. Experience with KPIs and reporting (Power BI) Organize logistics for in-person and online training programs (venues, materials, attendance lists, invitations, and vendors). Support the annual training calendar and development programs (Leadership Academies, TEC, Climate Fresk). Submit and track purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and payments. Support budgetary control for the department. Update training KPIs and assist with managerial reporting (Power BI). Support implementation of the Performance Evaluation process (controls, timeline, communications, and reporting). Monitor mandatory training programs and internal procedures. Interface with national and external employees, BPs, senior management, and headquarters. Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. Experience as a Senior HR / T\&D Analyst. Experience in training logistics, vendor management, and administrative controls. Experience with KPIs and reporting (Power BI). Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Spanish (desirable).
