We provide consulting services, software development, and technical support to companies across various industries. **Responsibilities:** Provide on-site technical support to users at assigned locations. Respond to technical incident tickets and service requests according to logged demand. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on desktops, notebooks, and peripherals. Install, configure, and replace IT equipment. Perform OS formatting and installation. Configure and support printers, scanners, and network devices. Ensure compliance with SLAs, internal procedures, and IT policies. Position located in Extrema / MG. Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, Customer Service Specialist, IT Technician, or IT Technical Support may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role.
