Join us now and apply!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct onboarding, refresher, and technical-operational development training; * Develop instructional materials and digital content (microlearning modules, short videos, presentations); * Collaborate in designing learning paths and maintaining the e-learning platform; * Support training needs analysis (TNA) based on daily operational activities; * Monitor and consolidate training hours and maintain organized records; * Support communication of T&D initiatives and promote employee engagement; * Align with the Process team to ensure training consistency. **Requirements and Qualifications** (O) Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, HR, or related fields; (D) Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Corporate Education, or Human Development.
