We are experiencing continuous growth and seek people who wish to grow with us. **We are looking for:** IT Analyst Requirements * Technical or higher education degree in IT; * Experience in the IT field; * Additional training in IT (e.g., hardware maintenance, software installation, etc.) is desirable; * Must reside in Guarulhos or nearby areas. Main Responsibilities * Design, plan, install, configure, and administer computer networks, CCTV systems, telephony, and tracking devices; * Assess system requirements and select development tools; * Monitor and evaluate network performance; * Program and configure network security policies and procedures; * Provide technical support and user training across all departments; * Guide support departments, engage third-party support, and install and configure software and hardware; * Develop manuals for systems used by Guarulhos Sucatas; * Analyze system requirements; * Administer and support ERP systems; * Perform daily and monthly backups of systems and data used by Guarulhos Sucatas; * Maintain and repair technological equipment, routers, and peripheral devices; * Install functional LAN/WAN networks and manage servers and DHCP; * Assist in troubleshooting or resolving failures in networks or equipment; * Stay updated on new trends, techniques, materials, equipment, and procedures relevant to job activities via internet access, specialized literature, professional contacts, participation in industry events, etc., and inform supervisors accordingly for awareness and action; * Occasionally participate in procurement, installation, and testing of new equipment when replacements or expansions into new areas are required—including related infrastructure (cabling, switches, racks, etc.); * Monitor project development, assist in identifying and contracting suppliers and service providers, guide modifications to masonry, etc. Benefits * On-site meals. * Transportation allowance. * Health insurance after 1 month. * Life insurance. * Pharmacy benefit plan. * CARE – Psychosocial Support Program. ** CANDIDATES WITH DISABILITIES (PCD) ARE WELCOME.
