Responsibilities * Diagnosing and maintaining computers and laptops; * Formatting and installing operating systems; * Installing and configuring drivers and software; * Assembling and maintaining computers; * Replacing parts and components; * Performing preventive and corrective equipment cleaning; * Configuring networks, printers, and peripherals; * Providing technical support to customers at the service bench and, when necessary, on-site; * Filling out service orders and technical records. Requirements * Completed high school education (a technical course in IT is a plus); * Knowledge of hardware and software; * Experience in computer and laptop maintenance; * Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office suite, and network configuration; * Good communication and organizational skills; * Ability to work well in a team. Working Hours * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; * Saturday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
