




Production Operator I Location: **Kestra** Function: **Manufacturing** Job Responsibilities * Initiate equipment operation following the requested sequence at the beginning of each operational shift. * Inspect the equipment at the start of every shift to ensure proper functioning and cutting tolerances. * Clean and lubricate equipment to support maintenance and preservation, using lubricant sprays, cloths, and grease guns before, during, and after each shift or produced part; with the objective of preserving company assets; * Operate CNC (welding/cutting) machines, rolling machines, as needed, for the production of lined plates, cut parts for component manufacturing or repair. * Load equipment with plates, wires, and consumables using overhead cranes and manual tools. * Prepare parts to be welded, cut, or formed daily, using resources such as graphite machines and consumables, power tools, abrasives, grinders, files, among others, to apply appropriate treatment to meet required procedures and quality standards; * Create and maintain daily activity records, providing relevant information to supervision through forms and by completing production and service orders; Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent Additional Qualifications * Knowledge in CNC machine operation; * Ability to read and understand written instructions; * Basic knowledge of measuring instruments.
