Good communication skills and professional demeanor ### **Access Controller** ### Guarulhos – Lago dos Patos Region/Residential Condominium **Responsibilities:** * Manage access for vehicles, residents, visitors, and service providers * Receive and handle deliveries * Conduct internal and external surveillance, among other duties. **Requirements:** * Solid experience in the field * Professional demeanor * Commitment and punctuality * Prior experience as a floor supervisor/security guard in addition to access control is considered a plus * Work schedule \- 12x36 \- 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM * **7:00 AM to 11:00 AM – Active post, standing duty** * **11:00 AM to 4:00 PM – Seated post** * **4:00 PM to 7:00 PM – Return to surveillance duties** **R$2\.021,16 \+ Transportation Voucher (VT) \+ Meal Allowance (VR) of R$20.76 per day \+ Food Allowance (VA) of R$144.68 per month \+ R$300.00 Attendance Bonus** **Desired Profile:** * Good communication skills and professional demeanor, commitment, punctuality * Adaptable, courteous, and observant personality.
