Job Description: Responsible for performing preventive and corrective electrical and mechanical maintenance on machines, equipment, and high- and low-voltage installations. Assemble and repair electro-mechanical installations and auxiliary equipment. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning equipment. Handle specific technical installations and documentation. Conduct measurements and tests, demand control, and power factor analysis. Carry out repairs on alarm and general telephony systems. Monitor thermographic measurements. Renovate electrical systems, panels, and other control systems. Perform maintenance on self-contained units, fan coil units, chilled water pumps, and condensate pumps; maintain chillers; replace refrigerants; and conduct refrigeration system testing. Operate primary substations and power generator sets.
