Job Summary: Operate roller compactor for soil and pavement compaction in infrastructure projects, performing daily inspections and ensuring safety and execution in accordance with specifications. Interpretation of civil engineering projects #### **Responsibilities** * Operate roller compactor for soil, asphalt pavement, and other material compaction in infrastructure projects. * Perform daily equipment inspections, checking fluid levels, tires, braking systems, and other essential components. * Ensure compaction execution complies with project technical specifications, including number of passes and density requirements. * Monitor ground and material conditions to be compacted, adjusting roller operation as necessary. * Maintain workplace safety by adhering to company and site safety standards and procedures. * Communicate effectively with earthmoving and paving teams to coordinate activities. * Perform minor repairs and basic preventive maintenance on the roller compactor, reporting anomalies to the maintenance team. #### **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 2 years) operating vibratory and static roller compactors. * Valid Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH), category C or higher. * Knowledge of safety regulations for operating heavy machinery and earthmoving equipment. * Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings for compaction execution. * Capacity to identify different soil types and materials and their compaction characteristics. * Certification from a roller compactor or heavy machinery operator course. * Completed elementary education. #### **Skills** * Roller Compactor Operation * Basic Preventive Maintenance * Workplace Safety * Equipment Inspection * Soil Compaction * Material Identification ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Performance Bonus, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance, Accommodation, On-site Meals ### **Department:** OPERATIONAL
