Job Summary: Operates and adjusts CNC machines, inspects materials, records production output, and takes preventive actions to ensure part conformity. Key Highlights: 1. Operating CNC machines 2. Material and part quality inspection and control 3. Prevention of non-conformities * Operate CNC machines. * Verify material identification and quality prior to use. * Record quantities produced, as well as scrap and rework generated. * Take preventive actions to avoid occurrences of non-conformities. * Inspect finished parts after manufacturing. * Perform all machine adjustments before process initiation to prevent non-conformities.
