We are hiring a **Process Engineering Analyst PL** to join our engineering team. **Main responsibilities:** Mapping and documenting production processes, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Analyzing production, quality, and efficiency data, generating reports for technical support and decision-making. Carrying out continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing), developing and revising work instructions, standardizing activities. Monitoring performance indicators, supporting the definition of goals and action plans. Participating in the implementation of new technologies and processes, performing tests and validations. Collaborating with areas such as production, quality, maintenance, laboratory, and logistics, as well as updating layouts and flowcharts. **Requirements:** \- Proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). \- Experience in monitoring injection molding machines (plastic, silicone, rubber, among others). \- Knowledge of Totvs and AutoCAD. \- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
