




We are looking for an administrative intern to join a transportation company, renowned throughout the country, and assist in daily activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Assisting in the organization and control of documents: Receiving, registering, scanning, and filing documents, ensuring organization and easy access to information. Phone and online support: Answering and forwarding phone calls, responding to e-mails and messages, providing support to internal and external clients. Creating spreadsheets and reports: Developing and updating control spreadsheets, preparing reports with relevant information for department management. Supporting administrative tasks: Assisting in tasks such as issuing invoices, inventory control, scheduling coordination, and other related activities. Internal communication: Interacting with different departments within the company, facilitating information exchange and process flow. * Required: Ongoing higher education in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; Desirable: Intermediate level in Microsoft Office; Work hours: Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Salary: R$1,000.00 Benefits: Meals provided at the company, Transportation allowance, Life insurance.
