The Refrigeration Technician will be responsible for installing, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, identifying faults, and ensuring the proper functioning of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, such as split air conditioners, VRF, cold rooms, freezers, and chillers. **Responsibilities** * Perform installation, preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures in refrigeration systems. * Carry out refrigerant gas charging and recovery according to technical standards. * Inspect and replace components (compressors, fans, thermostats, circuit boards, filters, etc.). * Interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals. * Complete technical service and maintenance reports. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and good environmental practices. * Attend customers and provide guidance on proper equipment usage. **Requirements** * Completed High School; technical course in Refrigeration, Mechanical, Electrotechnics or related fields. * Proven experience in the refrigeration field. * Knowledge of air conditioning systems (split, VRF, window, portable) and/or commercial refrigeration. * Skills in diagnostics and use of specific tools (manifold gauge, vacuum pump, vacuum meter, clamp meter, etc.). * Driver's license category B (desirable). **Advantages** * NR-10 and NR-35 certification. * Experience in industrial refrigeration. * Basic knowledge of automation and electrical systems. **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity and organization * Attention to detail * Good communication and professional demeanor * Ability to work under pressure * Focus on safety Job type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$3,000.00 - R$3,000.01 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Basic food basket * Life insurance * Transportation voucher
