




We are looking for an IT Analyst to provide support and maintenance for the company's technological infrastructure, ensuring the proper functioning of systems, networks, equipment, and services used by teams. The professional will be responsible for providing technical support to employees, performing fixes, tracking service requests, and implementing improvements. **Responsibilities** * Provide first- and second-level technical support and assistance to employees. * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other equipment. * Perform preventive and corrective hardware and software maintenance. * Monitor and manage internal networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and servers (where applicable). * Create and manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions. * Support internal systems and assist in resolving issues. * Track service requests to resolution, documenting all steps taken. * Ensure information security in accordance with internal policies. * Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and infrastructure improvements. * Perform backups, updates, and security routines. * Document technical procedures and equipment inventory. **Mandatory Requirements** * Technical high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in progress/completed in IT, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience in technical support (help desk and/or field service). * Knowledge of hardware maintenance and software configuration. * Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). * Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft tools. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills for user support.
