Responsibilities and Duties: * Receive, analyze, and review project documentation; * Conduct material takeoff required for construction execution; * Assess personnel requirements for construction execution; * Prepare daily construction schedules and assign tasks to the team; * Maintain the construction logbook to ensure adherence to the execution schedule; * Provide technical guidance to the team; * Collaborate with the team to resolve issues; * Interact with clients to report construction progress and clarify questions, if necessary; * Prepare technical budgets for Security, Electrical, CCTV, and SCA systems; * Conduct site surveys; * Supervise and guide infrastructure installation for networks, electrical systems, telecommunications, CCTV, and SCA. * Achieve excellence in quality delivery for both internal and external customers. Requirements and Qualifications: * Technical education in Electrotechnics, Electronics, or Building Construction; a Bachelor’s degree is desirable; * Knowledge of electrical installations, structured cabling/termination, schematic reading, and familiarity with CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm systems; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH); * NR10 and NR35 certifications; * Willingness to travel nationwide.
