**Schedule:** Night shift – 12x36 **Job Summary** The **Tower Operator** is responsible for **monitoring operations in real time**, ensuring compliance with processes, deadlines, and quality standards. Proactively identifies incidents and engages responsible teams, ensuring operational continuity and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor operational activities (routes, deliveries, vehicles, systems, or services) through monitoring systems and control panels; * Track operational performance and intervene in route deviations, delays, or failures; * Contact field teams, drivers, service providers, or technical support when necessary; * Record and track incidents until resolution; * Ensure effective communication with involved departments and hand over information during shift changes; * Update spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance reports; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring and control processes. **Requirements** * High school diploma (preferably ongoing technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, IT, or related fields); * Basic knowledge of monitoring tools and Office suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.); * Good communication skills, logical reasoning, and strong concentration; * Availability to work on rotating shifts (including night shifts, if applicable). **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in control towers, monitoring centers, NOCs, or logistics operations; * Knowledge of tracking systems, telematics, or operational management platforms; * Familiarity with performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs). **Benefits** * \[Meal allowance, transportation allowance, night shift premium, profit sharing (PLR), etc.] * Dynamic work environment with professional development opportunities.
