Job Summary: We are seeking a personnel department professional to support employees and managers in HR routines, such as payroll processing, hiring, terminations, and time tracking. We thrive on challenges and seek people who want to build careers and achieve results together with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide support to employees and managers regarding routine personnel department tasks, including payroll processing, hiring, terminations, vacations, and leaves; Manage and maintain the Electronic Time Tracking System, monitor employee working hours, record adjustments when necessary, and ensure all information is accurate for payroll closing; Carry out the onboarding process for new employees, including submission of required documents and system registration; Administer company\-provided employee benefits, such as transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, health insurance, among others; Assist, when necessary, with entries required for payroll closing; Assist with vacation and termination calculations; Support daily personnel department operations by responding to internal and external requests, ensuring operational processes are executed efficiently and within established deadlines; Perform other activities of equivalent complexity, as required by the department/company. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; Relevant work experience in this role; Experience with the SENIOR system.
