WHAT DOES SUZANO EXPECT FROM YOU? * Completed elementary or high school education * Technical course in Mechanical, Chemical, Automation, Electromechanical, Electrical fields, or related areas DATA: Location: Jacareí, São Paulo Applications until: 11/25/2025 WHAT WILL YOU DO? * Support Panel Operators in area operations * Ensure your safety according to company rules, regulations, and procedures * Perform equipment lockout and unlock procedures as established in procedures to ensure safe conditions for personnel and equipment * Understand proper equipment operation through adherence to equipment release and acceptance standards whenever maintenance is required * Identify, record, and participate in solving equipment issues within your area of responsibility, aiming to meet production targets and improve factory productivity * Inspect and interpret field instruments, reporting abnormalities in the manufacturing process to the operator * Communicate critical issues occurring during shift changes to the operator so they can register incidents, ensuring full continuity of the company's industrial processes * Maintain your work area according to company standards regarding organization and cleanliness, promoting adequate working conditions, safety, quality of life, and sustainable factory performance * Comply with operational parameters focusing on productivity, quality, competitive costs, safety, and environmental respect * Support panel operators in preparing reports related to activity execution * Keep activities organized and clean in your area following the 5S standard * Manage information and schedules during your shift * Keep the SDCD operator informed about the operational status of the area and assist in any necessary maneuvers * Participate in and encourage participation in unit programs (I9, 5S, Selective Collection, DDS, etc.) * Participate with the team in training sessions, seeking improvement and development of new skills * Seek improvements and developments that increase productivity, quality, or reduce costs * Perform knife adjustment tasks on chippers * Carry out minor interventions in the Wood Preparation area on chippers and conveyors (OPL - First Line Operation) * Assist in replacing wear parts on chippers * Assist during planned shutdowns (PP) and area maneuvers * Support routine inspections and adjustments on chippers * Be a role model for safe behavior, encouraging the team to practice active and responsible care. Promote strict adherence to safety procedures and integrate prevention into daily routines. Encourage proper use of PPE and the right to refuse work in cases of serious risk, fostering proposal of control solutions.
