PCM Analyst

Job Summary: Responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling maintenance activities; monitoring KPIs; analyzing failures; and supporting inventory management, with a focus on analysis and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and control of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. 2. Failure analysis and proposal of corrective and preventive actions. 3. Technical or higher education degree in Engineering or related fields. Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and control preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. Develop and monitor maintenance plans, schedules, and work orders. Monitor maintenance KPIs. Conduct failure analysis and propose corrective and preventive actions. Maintain maintenance history records and technical equipment registers. Support inventory management of spare parts and maintenance materials. Consolidate performance reports and dashboards for the department. Requirements: Technical or higher education degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Prior experience in PCM or Industrial Maintenance. Knowledge of maintenance planning and control, work orders, and KPIs. Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced); knowledge of Power BI is a plus. Analytical, organized profile with strong interpersonal communication skills.
