Job Summary: A bistro is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation, sanitation, organization, and adherence to food safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in food preparation, plating, and kitchen organization. 2. Maintain cleanliness and organization, monitor expiration dates, and restock supplies. 3. Follow hygiene and food safety regulations, supporting the team. The bistro seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Bragança Paulista (Taboão). **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing foods such as snacks, savory items, desserts, and menu dishes. Sanitize, cut, and sort ingredients. Support plating and order assembly. Maintain kitchen and utensil cleanliness and organization. Monitor food expiration dates and storage conditions. Wash dishes and equipment when required. Restock supplies used in production. Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations. Support the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Support Staff, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
