Calculate and manage vacation time and employment terminations. Calculate and remit labor and social security charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF). Generate and submit ancillary obligations such as eSocial, DCTFWeb, and DIRF. Integrate labor court proceedings into payroll processing. Monitor collective bargaining agreements and implement/verify labor disputes and union obligations. Provide support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and pay slips. Perform reconciliations and update data in the system. Generate payroll provisions, 13th salary, and vacation accruals.
