Opportunity to plan and control operational processes Job Title: Operational Supervisor Key Responsibilities:* Coordinate and supervise the operational team's activities, ensuring efficient and safe execution of operations. * Plan, organize, and control task distribution, setting priorities and goals according to business demands. * Monitor performance indicators, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions. * Monitor and ensure compliance with operational standards, procedures, and company policies. * Address operational problems and make operational decisions, seeking quick and effective solutions. * Promote team integration and collaboration, motivating and guiding team members. * Prepare managerial reports and presentations, communicating results and proposing improvements. Required Qualifications:* Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in related fields (a plus). * Proven experience in supervising or coordinating operational teams. * Knowledge of operational processes and routines, with data analysis and problem-solving skills. * Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively. * Proactivity, results orientation, and focus on continuous improvement. * Availability to work rotating shifts (2\-S), as specified. Preferred Qualifications:* Familiarity with operational management systems and control tools. * Certifications or courses in operations management and/or leadership. * Experience in companies within the company's industry segment.
