**Production Leader** \- Samvardhana Motherson Reydel Companies We are seeking a professional to work as a Production Leader in the Injection area. As a leader, you will be responsible for: * Ensuring proper use of PPE and compliance with safety standards; * Conducting training sessions with operators on internal and external Quality Alerts; * Following the General Reaction Plan/Andon in case of failures during the production process; * Ensuring availability of resources and necessary conditions for tooling whenever requested; * Suggesting process improvements and maintaining implementation of the 5S system; * Ensuring process approvals and proper completion of documentation; * Organizing and managing meal shift rotations. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Technical course in Plastics (mandatory); * Bachelor’s degree in Polymers or related fields (preferred); * Knowledge of plastic injection processes; * Experience in mold changeovers; * People management skills; * Familiarity with production performance indicators.
