Ensure prompt and effective resolution of all user-reported incidents. Coordinate workflow harmoniously. **Requirements** \- Residence: Guaratinguetá, Lorena, or Aparecida. \- Education: Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree; intermediate English proficiency. \- Preferred education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or Engineering. \- Preferred experience in healthcare / medical imaging (hospital or clinic), including PACS/RIS systems. \- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace. \- Excellent interpersonal skills; self-motivated. \- Experience in remote technical support.
