Monitor all phases of project implementation Dynamic job\_description Manage, plan, organize, and supervise activities, contracts, work teams, and resources for the execution of the Sanctuary's construction projects, in accordance with established cost, quality, safety, and schedule requirements. Activities Manage ongoing construction planning by organizing and supervising site engineers and subordinate staff, including both internal personnel and contracted workers; Coordinate the entire engineering department by establishing schedules, monitoring progress, engaging engineers and estimators to ensure timely project development; Conduct on-site visits to inspect visual aspects (construction) and verify adherence to proposed schedules, thereby maintaining established construction standards; Initiate procurement of construction components, participate in supplier negotiations, approve quotations, and process emergency and routine material requests as submitted by site engineers; Monitor all phases of project implementation, compare actual costs against budgeted amounts, and issue relevant reports; Support other departments regarding construction-related matters, renovations, and similar topics; Perform additional duties beyond those outlined herein, as assigned through written, verbal, or implied instructions according to employer needs, provided such tasks are compatible with the employee’s personal circumstances and do not entail salary increases. benefits Benefits * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher * Food Allowance * Life Insurance * Wellness and Health Program * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Day Off * Psychological Assistance
