In recent years, we have acquired companies across Latin America and are seeking talent eager to embrace challenges and participate in a major transformation.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform receiving, warehousing, shipping, billing, and inventory activities in accordance with ScanSource’s internal procedures at its distribution centers in Brazil, aiming to safeguard inventory accuracy. * Receive and verify goods against the invoice upon delivery by the carrier to ensure delivery accuracy; * Receive and inspect products returned under RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization); * Enter the incoming invoice into the ERP system; * Pick products from stock using the WMS or ERP system to fulfill sales orders; * Bill the order lot in the ERP system to generate the invoice, reviewing notes in the OF \- Billing Order; * Package products according to the invoice and order lot, verifying the invoice number against the printed label, part numbers (PNs), and item quantities; * Perform shipping verification per carrier, matching invoices and packed volumes; * Manage, record, and archive shipping manifests; * Conduct physical stock counts using the cyclic inventory spreadsheet to validate stock accuracy; * Organize stock using product-location reports to facilitate picking and inventory activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Motivated by challenges and focused on achieving results; * Collaborative team spirit; * Basic computer skills; * Knowledge of receiving, warehousing, and shipping processes; High School Diploma completed * **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Meal allowance and/or food voucher; * Transportation voucher or parking allowance; * Nationwide health and dental insurance plans; * Gym membership agreement; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program, subject to goal attainment; * Birthday day off; * Government program incentives supporting maternity and paternity leave; * Maternity and paternity kits; * Employee referral program; * Partnership for payroll-deducted loans; * Travel and fuel reimbursement policy; * Pet care agreement.
