Job Summary: Work in the Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) operations, performing washing, drying, sorting, packaging, and sterilization of surgical materials to ensure their quality and safety. Monitoring and traceability of processed items Responsibilities and Challenges: As the CSSD Supervisor, you will be responsible for the operations of the Central Sterile Supply Department. Your main responsibilities include: * Washing, drying, sorting, and packaging surgical instrumentation materials. * Autoclaving and storing sterile materials to ensure timely delivery for surgeries. * Verifying stored, sterilized, consigned, and defective materials. * Preparing and assembling surgical material kits according to surgery requirements. * Using a traceability system to monitor all processed items. * Inspecting materials for oxidation and wear to ensure item quality and safety. Required Qualifications: * Completed High School education. * Prior experience in CSSD (Central Sterile Supply Department).
