HR SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES HR Department Management; Monitoring of HR KPIs; Supervision of payroll and benefits processes; Coordination of employee development programs; Development and supervision of HR policies and procedures. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Experience in people management is a plus.
