Learn more at beeflow.com **We are seeking a Sales Executive with experience in the agricultural sector, especially with Arabica coffee, orange, and soybean producers, to work in Linhares (ES).** **What you will do:** * Build and maintain strong relationships with producers, grounded in trust and deep understanding of their needs. * Identify opportunities, convert leads, and ensure customer retention. * Deliver customized solutions for pollination challenges, adopting a consultative approach. * Collaborate with Field Development and Operations teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. * Represent Beeflow’s value proposition to producers and beekeepers. * Participate in industry events, trade fairs, and meetings with producers to promote Beeflow. * Support commercial negotiations, including contracts, pricing, and billing. * Contribute to sales planning and forecasting (S&OP). * Use CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and ensure deal closure. This position reports to the Brazil Country Manager. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in agricultural sciences, management, or production. * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in agronomic consulting or direct consultative sales. * Prior experience launching new agricultural production products or services in specialty crop markets. * An existing network of contacts among Arabica coffee, orange, and soybean producers. * Reside within an 80 km radius of Linhares (ES). * Resilient, adaptable, and eager to take on challenges. * Highly proficient in standard computer applications and programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. * Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time, including up to 15% overnight stays. * Capable of driving both day and night. Preferred Qualifications: * Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation. * Strong teamwork abilities. * Strong customer service orientation. * Self-motivated.
