We are a diverse and socially responsible company! **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **Human Resources Intern**, you will: * Assist in tasks related to human resources administration and payroll, including routine operations, payroll calculations, and data entry into the payroll system, observing applicable deadlines and corresponding statutory obligations; * Assist in measuring services provided by contractors engaged by the Human Resources department; * Assist in recruitment and selection processes; * Assist in benefits management processes; * Assist in training and development processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Business Administration or Accounting (from the 2nd semester onward). **Preferred qualifications:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. **Personal Competencies and Skills:** * Strong interpersonal skills; * Communication; * Active listening; * Proactivity; * Logical reasoning. **Additional Information** **We offer the following benefits:** * Health insurance; * On-site meal allowance; * Life insurance; * Chartered transportation.
