Job Summary: The Data Analyst will support Lightwall's industrial and administrative management through structured analysis of operational and financial data to optimize business performance. The Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting Lightwall's industrial and administrative management through structured analysis of operational and financial data. This role involves connecting production metrics, costs, income statements (DRE), and EBITDA to ensure visibility into business performance, support decision-making, and advance initiatives for continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze operational, industrial, and financial indicators, monitoring productivity, efficiency, losses, quality, and economic performance. * Design, update, and maintain managerial dashboards and executive reports. * Integrate and standardize databases, ensuring data consistency and reliability. * Monitor operational and industrial costs, supporting budgetary control and deviation identification. * Support management decision-making through analyses, scenario simulations, and impact studies. * Track financial and non-financial KPIs, ensuring daily visibility into performance. * Support continuous improvement projects and indicator-based management (PDCA, GPD). * Ensure data governance, quality, and timeliness across the organization. * Collaborate closely with departments including Production, Finance, Controlling, Logistics, and Administration. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields. * Prior experience in data analysis, performance indicators, or management support. * Experience in mid-sized companies, preferably with industrial and commercial operations. **Hard Skills** * Analysis of operational and financial data. * Development and monitoring of KPIs. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. * Power BI or other BI tools. * Cost analysis, income statement (DRE), and EBITDA analysis. * Managerial reporting and dashboard development. * Familiarity with controlling, budgeting, and ERP systems. **Soft Skills** * Analytical mindset and critical thinking. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Clear and concise communication. * Ability to translate data into actionable decisions. * Proactivity and strong sense of responsibility. * Systems thinking and results orientation. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in industrial environments. * Exposure to continuous improvement projects. * Knowledge of indicator-based management methodologies. * Experience integrating data across systems.
