Main Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to users (on-site and remotely) * Perform basic installation and maintenance of computers and printers * Assist with system, email, and access configuration * Support daily technical issue resolution * Log service requests and track support cases * Assist with basic network and internet maintenance * Prepare equipment for new employees * Guide users on system and tool usage Requirements: * Completed high school education * Technical or undergraduate studies in IT or related fields (in progress) is preferred * Basic knowledge of computer science, hardware, and networking * Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office suite Advantages: * Experience in technical support * Knowledge of networking * Experience in user support We seek a professional who is: * Proactive * Organized * Good communicator * Willing to learn * Team-oriented Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2.000,00 \- R$2.361,15 per month Work Location: On-site
