




Job Summary: Analyst responsible for reimbursement activities, analyzing requests, validating documents, and handling collection and consignment analysis, including customer service and company follow-ups. Developing an analytical profile and professional communication skills. **Responsibilities:** *Reimbursement Activities* \- Analyze reimbursement requests, considering internal rules and specific requirements of each health plan; \- Receive and process requests via Salesforce; \- Validate data and documents submitted by customers (e.g., pay slips); \- Conduct queries in internal systems: Collection Inquiry, Database, and Treasury; \- Prepare and send response emails to customers, formalizing the analysis outcome; *Collections and Consignment Analysis* \- Handle customer service (SAC) inquiries regarding: Queue Management; Margin Release; Questions about Consignments and Endorsements; Contact CLT customers without active employment ties to issue payment slips (between the 17th and 25th of each month). Contact companies that failed to register within the deadline, using an analytical approach, also between the 17th and 25th of each month. **Requirements:** \- Clear, professional, and objective verbal and written communication. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word and intermediate Excel. \- Intermediate knowledge of SQL. \- Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data, documents, and consignment rules. \- Residency in São José dos Pinhais or nearby regions.
