Perform control and registration of financial instruments in the financial system, monitoring due dates, payments, and receipts. Carry out bank reconciliations, ensuring that records align with bank statements and financial transactions. Monitor cash flow, supporting financial management with up-to-date and reliable information. Issue invoices (bills), tax invoices (where applicable), and conduct active collections from customers, maintaining a professional and respectful relationship. Review fiscal and financial documents, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current legislation. Support monthly financial closing by providing data and reports to accounting and management. Collaborate with other departments within the group to ensure integration, organization, and smoothness in financial processes. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Previous experience in the finance area, especially in accounts payable and accounts receivable. Knowledge of bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and standard financial procedures. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility regarding deadlines. Proficiency with financial systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Good communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to handle confidential information. **Preferred Qualifications** Prior experience in corporate groups or medium-to-large companies. Knowledge of ERP systems. Experience in financial closing processes and support to accounting.
