Monitoring and implementation of sales target strategies **The Optical Store Manager** is responsible for leading and supervising all store operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, efficient team management, achievement of commercial goals, and optimization of unit performance. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Team management: Training, motivating, and developing the sales team. * Customer service: Ensuring high-quality service, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations. * Goal management: Monitoring and implementing strategies to achieve sales and performance targets. * Inventory control: Overseeing product replenishment and inventory management. * Visual merchandising: Ensuring the store is well-organized and product displays comply with brand standards. * Reporting: Analyzing performance metrics and preparing sales and productivity reports. * Process administration: Managing operational workflows, from customer service to sale completion.
