We seek a proactive, communicative, and organized professional—even without prior experience—but willing to take on new challenges and evolve alongside the company. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for performing active and receptive collections from delinquent customers, monitoring and managing the customer portfolio, conducting daily follow-ups for payment negotiation and confirmation, tracking receipts, and processing financial write-offs.
